Hello! My name is McKenna Hirten, but you may know me as Mickey or Michi.
I am a freelance voice actor, and I also dabble in writing.
I’m based in the USA (Eastern Standard Time)
I’m currently writing a book.
Pan and I use she/they pronouns.
Neurodivergent.
Caucasian.

As of now I'm only doing voice over (commercial and character)
In summer of 2023 I plan to open film acting and modeling
My Work
I use a Samson Q2U USB as well as audacity; however, I dabble in bandlab and am always willing to learn new programs!
I have a home recording booth that I use to record all of my takes. It is a small closet with thick blankets covering the walls, as well as a mic stand.
I am well versed in a series of accents: North American (General), British (General), Slavic (General), German (General), French (General), Cockney, Southern (North American), New York Metropolitan Accent, and Transatlantic. However, I’m good at picking up accents, so I’m always up to expand my list!
My voice type ranges from female high to high androgynous characters and everything in between. My favorite types of characters are high-voiced and high-energy. However, I enjoy voicing a range of characters!
I am most comfortable with teen roles being a teen myself; however, I have been cast as everything from a baby to an elderly woman and am willing to bend my voice to fit your character!
This is my part-time job, and I treat it like a job. I pride myself on being able to communicate with directors and staff as well as getting lines out in a timely manner. I strive to be professional at all times, and I hope you do the same.
My rates are negotiable. However, I still have school, so please be kind if I can’t make it to late-night meetings or be on all the time! I promise if I’m pinged, I’ll respond within 12 hours!
I enjoy community, so if there are off-topic tabs, I often talk and get to know everyone else.
Communication is very important to me; when I join a project, I often have a list of questions, so please be patient and help me out so I can do my best!
